Section 1A is the (C)haracter screen, which can be accessed
by click the C button, of click the helm pic in section 1C
Top left corner, is the sign of the clan, in this case
Brujah. Beside that is Name, Clan, and Rank. Beside that is
Generation (9), Total Exp, and Earned Exp.

frenzy, attacking/feeding off of anything or anyone who

spiritual SOAK (I'm not 100% sure on this one))

Section 1B is the (E)quipment screen, which can be accessed
by click the E key, or clicking on the sword and shield in
section 1C
This is where you decided what your character should wear
and what they should keep in inventory.
The top left box is small, it's for amulets and necklaces
The middle one beside that is for helmets
The top right box shows how much money your party has
The middle left box is your weapon (if 1 handed) I have a
unidentified femur
Beside that is the right arm slot (for bracelets and
gloves)
In the middle is the armor section
Beside that is the left arm slot
And the last one is the shield slot (which is also used
for a two handed weapon (you must not have a shield on
if you want to use a two handed weapon)
Below both Arm Slots is the spot for rings.
Below that is your inventory area.
It's 4x10 squares big.
Armor and most swords take 2x3.
Shields take 2x3 and 2x2
Blood takes 1x1
Daggers take 1x2
so you can have up to 40 items in your inventory
at any given time, but not often will you ever hit 40 :)
To remove the shield with the cross just click on it
(note not on my pic, but in the actual game ;) )
and you could click beside the shield in your inventory
to drop it there (since there's enough room)
then you could click on that shield and put it up in the
shield slot.
You can also right click on blood/scrolls/books here to
use them (some things will need you to click on the play
screen to use them)
This section 1C has a few functions.
the top left has a oval shaped piece with 3 sub-pieces.
(The Shield) the left one is to put the current character
in defencive stand (don't attack)
(The Circle) the middle one is netural stance (doesn't
attack until you do, or until some one in the party is
attacked)
(The Sword) the right one is offensive stance (if it isn't
in your party and it's moving, it's fair game)
Below that is a oval shape with 4 arrows pointing inwards
that's the regroup button (used to make all members follow
again)
The right side of this area has 5 boxes.
Top left is the Character menu button
beside that is the Inventory menu button
Below the character is the Quest menu button
beside that is the Discipline menu button
and the bottom one is the Map button
Section 1D is mainly the game information window
Of the 2 pics I have for this window
the top one is in the inventory screen. It shows information on the current
weapon or item highlighted. In this case it's a Femur (not identified).
the bottom one is from the normal game, it has a portrait, then 3 bars
and beside the bars is the magic "no follow me" green dot :)
the 3 bars are, health, spell points/blood, frenzy/faith.
Click here for Minimum attributes picture
in the picture that opens it shows you platemail, and in that info window
it says your need 55 str, which my character only had 37, so "platemail"
showed up in red.
Section 1E is your quick combat controls.
In 5 slots i have a book, 3 rats, and a bottle.
F1, F2, F3, F4, F5 to use each corresponding slot.
Below that are 7 ovals.
The large one is the current spell selected. (note, it's spirits touch)
The other 6 oval are for your quick combat spells.
I always keep Feed and Heal in there, even though you can select them
with the F and H keys.
1 2 3
4 5 6
are the keys and the order to quick select the spells.
Spirits touch, is a Target Item spell, which means
you must right click on a item for you to cast the spell.
Feed is a target Other spell/ability which means
you must right click on a different person
Healing is a Target yourself (same as a buff spell) which means
you must right click anywhere on the normal walking area to cast it.
